  • Department of Justice

    Our team supports the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCIO). We provide program management, communications, and financial planning support directly to the OCIO. Additionally, we are leading a transformative project to overhaul how the Office provides technical support to the Department components.

  • Department of Transportation

    We are assisting the Office of the Secretary in establishing the new office, the Office of Grants and Financial Assistance. Our team assists leadership in establishing and developing an organizational structure, mission and vision, recruiting strategies, and job positions. We also help host listening sessions and brown bags for Department stakeholders to gather reactions, questions, and other insights.

  • City of Golden Valley, MN – Public Safety

    To help the City combat grave challenges in its ability to provide quality public safety, including an extremely high turnover rate in its Police Department, L719 is providing strategic communication planning and support. We are developing a well-developed strategic communications plan to engage community members, sworn officers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and attitudes toward GVPD and its ability to ensure their safety effectively, equitably, and efficiently.
